ABOUT OUR CLINIC
Instep Foot Clinic has been serving the local community for the past 20 years. Gerard Busch, DPM acquired the clinic 18 years ago with the intention of providing additional services to his patients while maintaining high standards of foot care. Our practice philosophy is to approach your care with a team mentality and believe that doctor and patient must work together to fulfill desired expectations.

Dr. Busch will consult other specialists in their respective fields, when needed, to ensure you receive the effective care you deserve. ABOUT OUR DOCTORS
Instep Foot Clinic is managed by Gerard J. Busch, DPM. Dr. Busch was born in St. Paul, MN and raised in Golden Valley, MN. He attended high school at Benilde-St .Margarets where he was a member of the National Honor Society. He obtained a bachelors degree in biology at the University of St. Thomas. After graduation, he worked at a local nursing home gaining valuable experience in the health care field and learning what is truly important to a patient's well being.

Graduate experience

He went on to attend Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA. He earned a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine, graduating with honors while serving as president of Pi Delta Honor Society. He acquired additional training in foot surgery while serving as chief podiatry resident at Deaconess Central Hospital in St. Louis, MO. After completion of a 2-year surgical residency, Dr. Busch moved back to MN to be near family and friends.
Dr. Busch is active in the American Diabetes Association™ and has participated in health fairs sponsored by A.D.A.™ He has also lectured at local hospitals on the importance of diabetic foot care. He is a member of American Podiatric Medical Association™ and past president of Minnesota Podiatric Medical Association™.

Meet our new doctor

Dr. Stacey White was born in Minneapolis and raised in New Brighton, MN.  She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology.  In 1993 she graduated with honors from the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Des Moines University, Iowa.  Dr. White then completed a two year foot and ankle surgical residency at Oakwood Downriver Medical Center in Lincoln Park, Michigan.  She worked with one of her instructors, Dr. Philip Kresch, for one year while her husband finished his residency at a nearby hospital.  In 1997 Dr. White returned home to Minnesota and began practicing in Waconia, Winsted and in Chanhassen.

Dr. White took a leave of absence from work to raise her children, Kaylee and Riese.  She now works with Dr. Gerard Busch in Edina and in Arlington at Sibley Hospital.  Dr. White is Board Certified in Podiatric Surgery.  She practices general podiatric medicine, with an emphasis on sports medicine.

Dr. White has an active lifestyle.  She is a more recent triathlete, but has been an avid runner for 25 years completing a couple marathons and multiple half marathons.  She loves to jog with her dog Koda, bike, swim, backpacking in the mountains, scuba diving, boating, kayaking, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling.  She enjoys listening to her husband Kevin’s band, 73 Paces.  She is a want to be artist and also volunteers for the Humane Society.  Most importantly, she loves being with her family.

Dr. White’s mission is one that she lives her own life by:

“My goal is to keep my patients active so they may live life to its fullest.  That is why I named my company, Active Feet L.L.C.”
